Order Processing
The handling time, or order processing time, is measured from the moment an order is placed until the package is packed and ready for dispatch (handed off to the carrier).
We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Sunday).

Please be aware that individual customs clearances and regulations may have an impact on delivery times (though we wouldn't want this for anyone). For some countries, delivery times may be longer than our standard delivery time frame.
Ways of Payment
Deluxebike accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
128-bit SSL encryption protects the payment system that Deluxebike uses. If your web browser has a lock icon in the bottom-right corner, you can check if the transaction is secure.
Order status lookup
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order arrives. A 48-hour email confirming delivery will be sent.
If your cargo has not arrived within eight days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@deluxe-bike.com with your complete name and order number.
Relocation of the Resident
It is not possible to modify the address after an order has been dispatched. If your delivery address has to be changed, email us at info@deluxe-bike.com within 48 hours of completing your order.
Multiple Places
It cannot be shipped to more than one address per order. Orders shipping to multiple locations should be placed separately. If you have any questions, please email us at info@deluxe-bike.com.
Inaccurate Address
Let's say you input the wrong shipping address at checkout, and the item we mailed is returned to us. If so, you will be in charge of covering any additional shipping costs needed to get the merchandise back to you.
Abrupt Stops
The processing of any products you purchase from us will take 48 hours. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, there won't be any fees. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, or if it is made after 48 hours, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to return shipping charges.
Items damaged during transit
Should an item arrive damaged or in a damaged package, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for a new one. In the event that your item arrives damaged or you receive something you did not order from us, kindly notify us within 48 hours of placing your order. You can see our return and refund policy for additional details.
